New appointments at Garlicke & Bousfield Inc.
Existing staff members Sanelisiwe Nyasulu, Phila Magwaza and Graeme Palmer have been appointed as directors and Raymond Meneses as a director to head up the Employment Law Department, effective 1 January 2014.
Raymond Meneses: With many years' experience as a specialist litigator in the CCMA, bargaining councils and labour courts, Raymond heads the Employment Law Department.
Graeme Palmer: Graeme graduated from the University of KwaZulu Natal with a B Soc Sci and LLB, thereafter completing a Certificate in Advanced Taxation and an LLM with the UNISA. Graeme has been appointed as director and practices in the Commercial Department specialising in tax law.
Phila Magwaza: Phila was admitted as an attorney in 2007. Phila is a director in the Commercial Department specialising in commercial law including corporate commercial, trust law and commercial litigation.
Sanelisiwe Nyasulu: Sanelisiwe obtained an LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2006 and was admitted as an attorney in 2009. She joined Garlicke & Bousfield as an associate in the Labour Department in 2010.
