Job description
Requirements :- Matric qualification is required.
- A minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales is required.
- Banking services experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience in outbound sales applications is essential.
- Understanding of compliance and KYC principles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Responsibilities :- Meet the set standards of sales productivity and quality to achieve set KPIs and financial targets.
- Ability to multi-task, managing new, in-progress, and decisioned applications in a structured and focused manner.
- Contacting and following up with customers to request additional documentation and information required for application completion and sales conversions.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of company rules and policies.
- Proactively engage with customers and provide timely feedback on submitted applications.
- Accurately communicate both positive and negative application decisions with a strong focus on customer service.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team and working environment.
- Ability to work within strict turnaround times while ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across all channels, handling calls and emails, resolving complaints, and processing applications efficiently and timeously.
