One&Only Reaching for Young Stars cook-off

As part of the One&Only Reaching for Young Stars competition, the 11 selected competitors participated in a cook-off at the Capsicum Culinary Studio in Cape Town on 19 September 2017.

The young candidates, who are representing 11 academies, teamed up with 11 hotels and 11 wineries to create menus that showcased tastes from a South African table using certified Karoo lamb, Witlof, Bio-Wheat, Lancewood, Rio Largo olive oil, Khoisan sea salt with La Vie de Luc and Avanti coffee.
