Signatura launch
Signatura, South Africa's first private label property brand, was launched on 13 July in Cape Town by South Africa's foremost property visionary John Rabie, who was also behind revolutionary mega-developments like Century City, Westlake and Marconi Beam.
Signatura will focus on creating master-crafted apartments for a new breed of homeowners who want to live in some of Cape Town's most established areas. The launch took place at Horizons - Signatura's first development in Vredehoek - and was attended by the who's who of the Western Cape property industry. Horizons features four units and a penthouse, all with spectacular views of the city, harbour, Robben Island and Table Mountain, as well as private outdoor areas, indigenous roof gardens and generous garages. Rabie intends revitalising sought-after properties in the city bowl and along the popular Atlantic Seaboard.
