The Centre for Gestalt Leadership invites women leaders and emerging talent to a powerful experiential workshop — “Navigating the Labyrinth: A Women’s Leadership Journey.”
Join us for an immersive leadership development workshop designed to help women leaders navigate complex organisational dynamics, confront internal and external challenges, and build the resilience and tools needed to lead with confidence and potency.
Through storytelling, reflection, and creative exercises, participants will explore their leadership journeys, shift limiting beliefs, and strengthen their gifts and purpose. Drawing on the metaphor of the labyrinth, this workshop offers practical strategies for leading with intention while weaving community and inspiring others.
