    Position overview:
    As a Signage Project Manager, you'll manage multiple signage projects end-to-end for a leading signage company, coordinating across sales, design, production, and vendors to ensure everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This role requires an architecture or engineering background to effectively manage the technical side of signage projects. It's a fast-paced, client-facing role where precision, proactive communication, and strong organizational skills are key.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Lead day-to-day management of multiple signage projects, delivering on time and within budget.
    • Translate client requirements from the sales team into clear project scopes, plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate across sales, production, and vendors to keep work moving and resolve blockers quickly.
    • Provide regular client updates, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth handoff through final delivery.
    • Track tasks, dependencies, and status using CoreBridge/Monday.com (plus Slack, Trello, HubSpot) and maintain organized project documentation.
    • Monitor project performance, flag risks, and drive continuous improvements.
    • Prepare concise status and performance reports for internal stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of project management experience in the signage industry, or 3-5 years of project management experience with a background in architecture or engineering.
    • High proficiency in English with excellent client-facing communication.
    • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CoreBridge, Monday.com, HubSpot, Slack, and Trello (or similar project/CRM/collaboration tools).
    • Reliable computer setup (Mac or Windows) capable of supporting VPN and day-to-day work tools; candidates with higher-spec setups or willingness to upgrade are preferred.
    Nice-to-haves:
    • Experience coordinating across multiple franchise locations.
    • Familiarity with signage production timelines and processes.
    • Experience working with international teams.
    • Background in sales support or customer service.
