 Conduct UX audit of key flows (onboarding, sign-up, etc.) and identify quick wins 
 
 
 Build a structured, scalable design system in Figma 
 
 
 Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality feature designs and wireframes 
 
 
 Ensure responsive, accessible,and consistent user experiences 
 
 
 Own and uphold UX quality and visual consistency across the product 
 
 
 Create clear documentation for smooth hand-offs 
 
 
 Identify and resolve UX/UI issues proactively 
 
 
 Deliver UI/UX assets quickly to support faster development cycles 
 
 
 What you must have: 
 
 5+ years’ experience designing SaaS products (web, app, mobile) for multiple user types 
 
 
 Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Variants, Design Tokens) 
 
 
 Strong ability to map and simplify complex user journeys 
 
 
 Skilled in building and maintaining scalable design systems 
 
 
 Proficient in prototyping (Figma Interactive, Protopie, or Framer) 
 
 
 Experienced with responsive and accessible design (light/dark modes) 
 
 
 Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design 
 
 
 User research experience (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing) 
 
 
 Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and multimedia design (PDFs, banners, etc.) 
 
 
 Data-driven design approach (Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.) 
 
 
 Collaborative mindset with developers; understands technical constraints 
 
 
 Bonus: Mentorship or small team leadership experience
