The Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa appoints Thato Mogotsi as new assistant curator

Thato Mogotsi has been appointed assistant curator at the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA).

Mogotsi joins Zeitz MOCAA's professional curatorial team to pursue a renewed vision of the institution as a producer and facilitator of a dense discourse of art histories in Africa and its diaspora; one devoted to the forms and aesthetics of African makers, which, in turn, reveal the knowledge systems that analyse and project the human experience from an African perspective.
