Tsogo Sun has appointed Kenneth Ngubane as the executive chef of the Crowne Plaza Johannesburg - The Rosebank. He formerly served as the executive chef at the Montecasino Hotel.
In his new role, Ngubane will oversee the hotel's eight 24-hour food and beverage offerings, from breakfast buffets, lunches and dinners, a café offering coffees plus a daily high tea. He brings over 27 years of culinary experience and has held previous positions with leading hospitality brands.
