Minor Hotels names new regional director

Minor Hotels has chosen Mark Havercroft as its new regional director for Africa.

Havercroft is responsible for several tasks in his new role, such as driving the group's performance and expansion in Africa through acquisitions and partnerships, refurbishing and developing existing properties and management contracts, and continuing the growth of the group's existing properties and the teams that manage them.

Havercroft was previously employed at the Legacy Group before joining Minor Hotels.
