Fernando Tennenbaum to replace Felipe Dutra as Ambev's CFO

Business Day reports that Fernando Tennenbaum is replacing Felipe Dutra as the chief financial officer of Anheuser-Busch InBev's Brazilian subsidiary Ambev.

The company said the changes are part of "a well-established succession plan" and will be effective after Anheuser-Busch InBev's annual shareholders' meeting on 29 April.

Dutra will remain with the company during a transition period of several months after the succession is effective.
