Show profile Hide profileMy name is Adri Roos, I graduated in December 2014 with a degree in BA Sport Science. In 2015 I am planning on studying an online Post Graduate diploma in Marketing with UCT.
Since 2011 I have been working as a waitress and bartender at various events such as rocking the daisies, all the Cape Town Stadium concerts and also weddings and events held at D'aria Function venue in Durbanville and Molenvliet just outside Stellenbosch.
I'm a 22 year old, enthusiastic and friendly person and I try to create a positive environment wherever I go. I have the ability to work on my own and in a team, and I am able to consider and analyze different options, and take the lead when necessary. When I have responsibilities or work to do I focus my attention on it to get it done and I do it the best that I can, being under pressure and having deadlines are situations which I do not find as a threat but rather as a challenge. This relates to my ability to work long hours and function with little sleep. I am up for any challenge, and I think this position would be the perfect challenge for me. With certain issues or problems I usually stay calm and sort it out as soon as possible, I can also quickly adapt to a situation of change if it is expected of me. I am definitely a people orientated person as I am very likely to set other peoples' needs above my own in certain situation and always willing to learn new things from people.
I think I would be the ideal candidate for this position because I easily fit in and I will do anything what is expected of me and even more to the best of my ability
