I currently work at a Human Centered Design Agency. I am the interpreter of the customers true needs, pains, and desires. I use my sensemaking ability to not only uncover insights of a high standard, but to also map those insights to relevant and compelling ideas and simple design solutions. I lean on my intuition to solve problems without a complete picture of the problem. I form part of a Strategic Consulting team, with whom I collaborate with in the production of artefacts and other assets that aid in the execution, capture or presentation of research findings.

The most fulfilling moments for me, are when our research and design work positively improves the client's business and their customer's overall experience, at every touch point.
