Portray professional, client orientated image of the Talent Sourcing Department
Assess applicant's job experience and job qualifications in conjunction with the position available
Screening and short listing candidates for all operational and call centre positions (nationally)
Capturing all information from the conversation with candidates, written and typed
Forwarding all information to the relevant Recruitment Consultants
Sourcing/ headhunting candidates for current and future positions
Managing information received from sourcing and headhunting
Build relationships and trust with external personnel who provide referrals
Assist and explain the assessments to all shortlisted candidates
Handling all enquiries from candidates via telephonic, walk in and email
Ensuring daily targets are met (bulk recruitment)
Confirming screening request with relevant consultants before screening can commence
Reference Checks
