worked for 23 years emergency services, 18 years in an emergency call centre and dispatch centre dispatching emergency vehicles i.e. ambulances and fire vehicles to emergency scenes, communication with public , supervisors , crews on emergent vehicles, did work on computer, telephone and emergency radios, and communicating with superiors and working shift work
