• Managing content across all digital and print platforms - including magazine, website, social media, newsletters, and promotional material.
• Setting and overseeing the tone, integrity and quality of content.
• Overseeing the editorial process - editorial planning, contributor commissioning and management, editing, and proofing.
• Overseeing the entire production process from coordination of work assignments, to workflow management and sign-off of final product.
• Managing and mentoring the other staff.
• Contributing editorial content for use across all platforms.
• Involvement in key strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
• Providing input into development and implementation of brand strategy, brand marketing, and contributing to the production of these materials.
• Budget management.
• Monitoring of magazine sales, print orders, distribution and subscriptions.
• Set and meet print and digital deadlines.
