In 2025, Hire Power mapped, recruited, and placed 45 managers in Zambia within six months for a global multinational entering the competitive quick-service restaurant sector, which faced significant talent scarcity. We also placed the Country Manager and Country HR Business Partner.
Recent international projects include recruiting Portuguese-speaking designers for the oil and gas sector in Angola and sourcing engineering and technical professionals in Kenya's Rift Valley, along with operations and HR leads in Malawi, Botswana, and South Africa.
We conducted market intelligence and competitor analysis to support project expansions across Africa and partnered with global HR teams to implement talent strategies for multinationals. Additionally, we coached over 30 executives in CV writing and LinkedIn optimisation through our CareerEdge90 Programme, offering career transition and interview coaching.
We spearheaded talent mapping for a global OEM in South Africa's print and publishing sector, resulting in a strategic service operations overhaul.
