×After 8 years in law enforcement and 5 years with NOSA [National Occupational Safety Association] in health & safety training, Ken discovered countless people who knew nothing about health & safety. As a result he founded INTRA-TRAIN, an Occupational Health & Safety Training company and re-launched as INTRA, a publisher of customizable Trainer's Kits in 2006.
Ken is the author of best seller "Movers, Shakers. Moaners & Groaners" and "Professional Presentation Skills", a co-recipient of Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Award. He has been actively involved in Health & Safety training for over 20 years. Ex drug-squad cop, Naval officer, NOSA Consultant, audiometrist, radio announcer and university group communication skills lecturer. Producer or presenter of various Health & Safety training videos. Founding member of Vulindlela Consortium - producers of the 1999 7th All Africa Games ceremonies. Chairman of Ceremonies for Africa - producers of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2003 Opening Ceremony. He is an amateur military historian on "Pre First World War Military Fortifications in Southern Africa", team building leader, Firewalk facilitator, scuba dive-master. Married to Penny Jones, and international mass display choreographer, they live in Cape Town.
