Laurie Cunningham has been in the Market Research industry for 29 years and her most notable achievements in the industry have been:
• Developed a Relationship Building Programme for ESKOM branded "Contact" which was
presented at the 1998 SAMRA Convention and published in the SAMRA booklet.
• Conceptualizing and instrumental in the development of a Contact Management System branded
IntelliContact.
• Conceptualizing and instrumental in the development of a market research application branded
IntelliResearch - used by Corporates in an intranet environment.
• Based on the development of IntelliResearch - took the application one step further and made it
available to all on the internet. This market research application is branded SurveyOnline.
• Currently in the process of developing MyPoint for CGN, which is a managed community that
has explicitly agreed (POPI "opt-in" compliant) to take part in a variety of surveys, competitions,
product launches, games and other regular activities and small tasks that form part of their daily
activity. In exchange they receive gratuity points that can be converted to a wide range of
rewards, benefits and initiatives.
