• Taking incoming calls for Absa, Wesbank and McCarthy and assisting with the requirements from clients.
• Handling the queries email box for Wesbank and McCarthy.
• Abstracting ODP's and CIP accounts which need to be loaded and sending them to Wesbank, Absa and McCarthy.
• Updating of ODP queries at Wesbank. (Working as an offsite agent for Hollard at Wesbank).
• Updating of daily stats on the progress made by agents daily.
• Loading of leads on Breeze which are then dialed by clients.
• Creating of campaigns which are then loaded on the system.
• Listening to calls from agents which have escalated to complaints.
• Extracting of ODP letters & doing the mail merge process and printing of the letters.
• Extracting of ODP sms's which get sent out to clients daily.
• Updating Wesbank systems with letters, sms and proof of insurance received from clients.
