Show profile Hide profileI did my ND in Building from 1996-1999 in Walter Sisulu University followed by Post graduate certificates and experience. I worked as a Building foreman for 2years whereby I was doing setting-out of works, ensures that the building is done according to plan and specification, material handling and storage. I worked as Site manager for 3years, my duties were supervising the execution of construction, effective planning, controlling and monitoring of section budgets. Responsible for materials management, store requisitions and on site occupational health and safety. Quality control and cost control. Supervising contractors. Reporting extensively and on monthly basis to the managers. Administer site operations to ensure that mechanisms are in place to achieve target rates for project roll-out and completions
