My job specification:
• Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the art department.
• Works with marketing department to design catalogs, brochures, packaging and other print media
• Responsible for preparing reports concerning productivity, changes in workflow and tracking and managing jobs in the studio as well as other factors that effect expenditures.
• Familiar with a wide variety of design and marketing concepts, practices, and procedures including art directing product and model photo shoots.
• Working closely with photographers and videographers.
• Leads, directs and delegates the work of others.
