I have good communication skills and the diplomacy to deal with many different personalities. I take tremendous pride in my work and strive towards a high standard in all endeavours. I am highly organized and quick to adapt to changing circumstances.
I have a background in live television broadcasting. I have previously worked as an offline editor and dealt with media management while managing a post production schedule. I have worked my way up from being an intern for six months and becoming an Assistant Producer within three months, to being a Producer and Line Producer for numerous live shows per day. I have in depth film and television script writing training. I have scripted, compiled and voiced numerous story packages at CNBC Africa. I majored in Content Producing and Multiple camera Production at AFDA. I have been in the technical and operations department as a studio floor manager for three years. I have had the rare privilege of seeing the television production process from all angles.
I'd like to make more regular use of my organizational and communication skills. I would also like to be involved in generating new ideas and content. It is important to me that I remain a versatile team member and can keep up to speed with new techniques and technology in the field. I am passionate about communications technology and broadcasting.
