I have competed matric and I have seven years work experience where I have worked as a call centre agent and receptionist. I have also been responsible for data capturing, research and presentations. I am competent in MS Office.
For the past 7 years I have been developing my customer service skills and I have greatly enjoyed this role where I got to interact with clients. I am currently looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to develop my skills further.
