With my R&D experience, I have worked closely with Innovation Chefs which makes my cookign skills untouchable as well.
I've travelled and experienced a lot of different cuisines in Turkey, Nigeria, Zimbabwe and Kenya; have also conducted a lot of consumer reserach to find te winning product for the target consumer. In marketing I am learning about the Business Management side of the industry, including finance, trade and getting the consumer to pick my product off the shelf. I've had a very exciting and diverse career sor far.
