- Issuing of Summonses in both the High Court and Magistrate Court;
- Drafting of affidavits, expert affidavits, pleadings for Magistrate Court matters;
- legal opinions and various opinions for both the High Court and Magistrate Courts;
- Drafting of Accounts, correspondence for both High Court and Magistrate Courts;
- Matrimonial matters including, maintenance matters and negotiating settlements;
- Attending to Section 65 applications;
- Legal & Academic Researches;
- Knowledge of Criminal Procedure Act, and Attending to Criminal defence matters [including bail applications, after hour bail applications, postponements, drafting of a plea and representations to the Senior State Prosecutor];
- Assist Clients in lodging RAF & CCMA forms and I profer legal advice to them;
- Assisting Clients to lodge Applications for various types of permits;
- Knowledge of the relevant Legislations;
- I prepare and draft any sort of contract as well as Summons.
