• General Office and reception duties

• Ensure that guests are welcomed.
• Archive filing
• Capture invoices on Pastel
• Send out customer statements
• Contact clients with outstanding balances
• Handle client queries
• Follow up on client outstanding documentation
• Update client information on Pastel
• Search for new Tenders and complete tender documents
