I have sixteen years' experience in the South African public and private works sectors. I am committed to making a valuable difference in adult education. As Senior Training Facilitator and Learner Recruitment Manager, I work in the urban, rural and informal settlements to facilitate financial literacy programs, HIV & Communicable diseases and other soft skills programmes. I go into schools and farming communities to spread the word about the programs on offer. As a development activist, focussed on finding learners for specific trainers. I encourage all learners, motivating them to both enjoy and benefit from the course material and apply the learning's. Design training material, gap analysis, skills matrix and audits, job profiling, WSP, ATR, managing Learnerships, sourcing training providers, conducting assessments, Evaluate the training and impact analysis.
I also work with trainer activations and motivations coaching and mentoring. I liaise with community stakeholders and trainers, encouraging them to identify potential learners in their communities. I am an accredited mentors and coach, therefore I encourage trainers how to engage and negotiate, upskilling them and building aptitude so they become self-sustaining facilitators. I am an accredited moderator, skills Development Facilitator, and EDT practices, Assessor, Mentor, Coach, Education Development Practitioner and Learning Material Designer. I also train and facilitates for both community and worksite.
