Development Manager (Devman) is a comprehensive web-based solution for managing fundraising and grant-making activities, events and communications.The communications aspect of this position is quite complex as it involves the design and management of email and SMS communications and mailshots, event invitations with integrated RSVP, Online Updates (the ability for persons on the database to be solicited to update their contact information via a web interface), email mand SMS marketing, development of HTML templates and much more. Each of these technologies have their own set of challenges, technologies and paradigms that need to be effectively managed, troubleshot and rolled out to key clients. My role is to ensure that this is:1) Kept working through effective and efficient troubleshooting and invoking the assistance of our developers in the required disciplines2) Successfully rolled out to new and existing clients as the need arises via effective project managementThis role also includes effective management of key client accounts
