I have extensive (more than 15 years) experience in the field of town and development planning, having worked in the provincial and local government environments. As a consultant I liaise between the developer and the relevant decision making authority to facilitate the approval of a project/application in the shortest possible timeframe. I understand the delicate balance between what a client wants and what a specific authority is willing to approve and that forms a major part of my success.
