I only see myself working in a fast paced environment assisting in achieving company objectives and goals as this what I have become accustomed to while being the data lead for Africa and Middle East; brainstorming, working under pressure and meeting deadlines is an everyday thing when implementing a global operational system. I am not someone to turn down challenges whether it is a new role or problem. Working in a company where employee growth is as important as the company's growth, as I would add value to the organization by showing the same determination and hard work which has seen me being promoted twice within a year.
