Duties include but are not limited to;
• Facilitating and supervising team consisting of 5 members
• Basic IR
• Conflict resolution
• Opening and Closing store administration (ie, recording of sales, petty cash)
• Client (database) relationship management,
• Inventory control (monitoring stock levels as well as provide feedback regarding sales breakdown and what should/should not be reordered),
• Assisting and advising of customers and provide relevant product knowledge
• Visual merchandising
