I am in charge of managing and integrating our print and online platforms and ensuring they work together seamlessly.
I oversee the content, from copy to photographs and graphics and ensure they achieve the desired editorial results.
I monitor the workflow to ensure we meet our deadlines.
I oversee the production and development of insets, special editions, advertorials and classifieds ads.
I manage the flow of copy coming from the newsdesk and from the sales team.
I direct the focus of articles along a particular course and cut out what doesn't fit to the purpose of the story. I enhance the major points and draw attention to places where the reader should focus.
