×As a part ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualified individual, I am keen to be a part of a dynamic organization and aid the development and implementation of an organisation's financial strategy, provide an accurate financial reporting service, and help maintain sound internal control systems aimed at achieving the organisation's overall objectives.
I recently completed my diploma in accounting and business with ACCA (January 2014).
As part of that I successfully won an internship with LBA Accountant for the period of 12 months ending April 2015. During that period I put into practice the knowledge I have gained from my studies with the help of Mr Thami Nyathi the Chef Operational Officer (COO) of the company. I have learned how to interact with different clients in meeting their needs and to communicate properly while working with different people in completing my task. Beside this recent Achievement after my CAT (Certified accounting technician) program, I had an experience at CLIFTON VILLAGE LODGE on a number of projects and was allowed to participate in a variety of different activities. I was particularly excited to assist Mr. Brian the manager of the lodge in the process of responding to customer's enquiries and the way of managing and collecting debts. I gained valuable insight into managing people and handled numerous records; and have realized the importance of presenting info in a way that is accurate. I found the pressurized environment at the lodge exhilarating and also came to appreciate the effectiveness of team work as well as the critical value of good communication.
