Show profile Hide profileThe company I work for administers Trust/Beneficiary Funds for Beneficiaries and Guardians. My role is to assist in locating clients that are non compliant and inform them of their funds.
I assess all the information received at the inception of the trust, try and establish contact using all numbers available, failing which I use resources such as Transunion/XDS to try and obtain any valid contacts.
Once contact is made, I inform clients of their funds and then generate the applicable correspondence.
