Currently the General Manager at De Akker Pub and Restaurant. Responsibilities include the opening and closing of the restaurant, target setting and monitoring thereof, handling and control of all cash on site, ordering of stock, stock control and management thereof, recruitment and training of all staff. An important portion of my responsibility as GM is the continuous dealings with sales representatives from the various suppliers regarding stock deals, event planning, product and brand activation's, product and brand support, product training and consistent attention to targets set and progress toward set targets.
