With 25 years experience in the lifting industry I am a foremost a sales and marketing person. My ability to identify and seize business opportunities has always made me a strong candidate to expand the growth of set determent sales. As an external sales representative in the past HAGGIE fold my focus were always on new developments, service delivery and to grow existing market share.
Therefore as a Manager or Sales person my approach have always been hands on, being it in Sales meetings or out in the market place with the Sales personnel. With my past experiences I have a clear understanding of challenges facing external sales personnel in the market place today.
I have always been able to pass on my abilities to see opportunities and the needs of customers and turn it into business. In doing so you pass on these experiences to people you work with.
The ability to know your opposition's weaknesses and benefiting from them, or to know how to educate your customer be it safety or product applications. Deliver on a commitment of service/s and follow it through. In this manner you build a relationship between customer and staff which is beneficial to all concerned. This is an ability which has unfortunately been lost to most due to certain factors within our current group.
The motive behind me approaching your Company is as follows. This being future career opportunities and the future benefit to my family. I still have young children and schooling and the environment to grow up in is of great importance to us. I know that with my experience I will by a benefit to your Company. I being retrenched effectively the end of November 2014
