It is through Vega (my inspiration station) that I now truly understand the reality of infinite possibilities. The constant surprises from the contents in the hat on my head used to scare me before, but my curiosity won and I am growing into a game changer.
I have excelled in Critical Thinking, Creative Development and Brand Strategy. Breaking ground is the only consistency and my goal is to assist brands with a crucial, but somewhat neglected role they play in society. I have been at Vega, School of Brand Leadership, working towards the completion of my BA in Brand Building and Management since 2011, and am now in my third year, with one more third year module to complete next year (ie.Innovation in Business Management). During my time at Vega I was inspired to take a gap year to expand my skills as I managed a clothing store, as well as gain some sort of direction in channeling how I hope to impact my world with the versatile skills collected along my path.
It is during this year that I realised my passions are empowerment, arts and culture as well as creating shared value: Creative Entrepreneurship.
"Brands can be great agents for positive change if we change our thinking about how we build and communicate them."
The founder of Vega, Gordon Cook.
I believe I am a product of this thinking, and can only hope to influence all the entities that cross my path the way the Vega navigation philosophy has influenced me.
