Everyone of us are familiar with the login portal of Ocado group that is miocado.net. The main feautures of this portal include issuance of payslips online,
allocating bonus points to the employees, giving work schedule, alloting working hours etc., The main advantage of miocado portal is that
the employees can check all these details without having to visit the official Ocado group employees. Since in the earlier days the employees need to wait
several hours to get their paper payslips, this used to be a big time waste for both employees as well as managers. To rectify this problem the Ocado group
has decided to create miocado.net portal. This portal not allows to see the online payslips, but makes the paper payroll system vain.
This reduced lot of time for the managers as well as employees and investment cost for the company.
The employees of Ocado can interact with the higher officials through the portal without having to visit them personally.
