? Keeping of Accelerated Keeping Quality Samples (AKQ)
? Shelf Life Testing of all products produced
? Release of incubated flavored milk
? Testing of fruit preparation samples
? Testing of farmers raw milk samples and releasing prior to off-loading into silo's
? Testing of silo samples
? Testing of in-process samples and signing off of butterfat's
? Testing of all products produced
? Testing of effluent water samples
? Testing of caustic and acid samples
? Completing Analytical laboratory verification checks
? Weekly verification of tanker driver thermometers
? Prepare preserved farmers samples sent to Lactolab for testing including Aflotoxin samples
? Investigating customer complaints
? Managing retention samples
Microbiological Testing
? Listeria drain swabs
? S.aureus hand swabs
? Preparation of agars, ringer solution, swab medium, swab sticks according to good laboratory practices
? Taking swabs, airplates and water samples
? Testing in progress samples, final product samples and raw milk samples
Health and Safety
? Safe and responsible use of Chemicals and equipment
? Covers Hygiene Officer
? Adhere to hygiene code of conduct in order to ensure a safe working environment for all
? Report possible contamination of products
GMP's
? Managing collection and delivery of uniforms
? Maintain neatness and order in the storeroom
