Harmony in Motion is not just another fitness event. It is a carefully structured opportunity to ground yourself and de-stress from hectic year-end schedules and endless to-do lists.
Join us on Saturday, 10 October, on the 6th-floor rooftop of The Barracks Apartments on Bree Street, for a 105-minute event: three connected experiences that take you from high-energy movement into deep, restorative stillness.
The sessions are led by Cape Towns’ specialist practitioners, specifically curated by Bongi from Black Rose Concepts. Here is what you can look forward to:
Zumba (30 minutes): A vibrant session that invites you to let go and wake up your muscles, led by Eureka Le Roux. The aim is carefree joy, not perfection.
Pilates (30 minutes): Find your centre in a session with Lara Teixeira, focused on building core strength and improving alignment.
Sound Bath (45 minutes): A sound bath led by Sharyn Timkoe closes the journey. Lie down and let yourself be enveloped in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes and percussion, releasing tension and settling your nervous system. Call it a reset button for the whole being.

Women of all ages and fitness levels are warmly welcomed. No experience needed, just a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and a willingness to let go and be open to receive.
“The response to our first edition was so overwhelming that we simply had to bring it back,” says Bongi Mosele-Magampa, owner of Black Rose Concepts. “Women carry so much and the pressure only keeps building. We wanted to give them sacred time to reconnect with their body, heart and soul before stepping back into the world.”
