Kibaki roots for ICT investment
Kenya is investing heavily in information and communication technology (ICT) to build the infrastructure it needs to become a regional communication hub, President Kibaki has said.
The president said investment in infrastructure would enable the country to attract new players into the rapidly-growing telecommunications sector and create jobs in the economy.
