Kenya: KBL moves to court to settle Ksh21m dispute
Kenya Breweries Ltd (KBL) will face a beer distributor in a full hearing in court over a Sh21 million stock dispute.
The new development comes after KBL and Umoja Ventures failed to agree on out of court settlement of the dispute.
The parties told justice Luka Kimaru they were unable to arrive at a consent and requested the matter proceeds for full hearing. Last month, the parties told the court that negotiations were underway and they hoped to reach a consent in the case.
