A recent consolidation of ownership of the empowered executive search consultancy Leaders Unlimited has resulted in Brian Khumalo, founding partner of the company, taking full control of the business. The shareholding consolidation is designed to clear the way for the expansion of the company's portfolio beyond its executive search capability. The company will be marketing its executive coaching services, its in-house leadership behaviour assessment, and its board services as complementary but stand-alone businesses. The new approach is aimed at fundamentally changing the offering to be both more strategically aligned, and more holistic than the traditionally limited executive search company.
