Fruit South Africa (SA) board appoints Piet de Jager as CEO

Fresh Produce Exporters’ Forum (FPEF) CEO Piet de Jager joined the Fruit South Africa (SA) board on 13 November 2025.

Mr De Jager brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the agriculture value chain.

This and other key Fruit SA leadership changes that took place earlier this year, mark a notable changing of the guard in the organisation.
