Gail Schimmel, who has extensive experience in providing legal advice for the advertising industry, has joined law firm, Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs (ENS). Advertising and marketing law is very specialised and there are few experts in this field in South Africa.
Gail previously worked at the Advertising Standards Authority as the Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, and has an indepth knowledge of advertising regulations and the media environment. At ENS, she will be working alongside Clifford Green, whose expertise in sport and sponsorship law is well known, and complements Gail's existing expertise.
