Responsibilities
  • Developing digital marketing strategies: Responsible for creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives of the company. This involves understanding the target audience, identifying key digital channels, and setting measurable goals.
  • Managing digital channels: Oversee various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and others.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and effective utilization of each channel to reach the target audience.
  • Content strategy and creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of content across digital platforms. This includes developing content calendars, coordinating content creation efforts, and ensuring content is optimized for each channel and audience.
  • Data analysis and optimisation: Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Budget management: Responsible for managing the digital marketing budget effectively. This includes allocating resources across different channels, optimising spending based on performance, and ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Team leadership and collaboration: Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, designers, and other professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product, and IT to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Staying updated with trends: In the fast-paced digital landscape, staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices is crucial. Continuously research industry trends, attend conferences, and participate in training to keep their skills and knowledge up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Combination of technical skills, creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
