Our client is looking for qualified motor vehicle diagnostic technicians to join their workshop, based in Durban.

Duties include faultfinding and diagnosing problems (mechanical and electrical), repairs (major and minor), and general maintenance of all vehicles booked in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Trade test qualification (motor mechanic)
• Must have experience working in franchise dealerships (e.g. BMW, Audi, VW, Merc etc.) 
• Must display strong abilities on: vehicle inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting and fault-finding, minor and major services, repairs, maintenance and upgrades, installations
• Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software
• Excellent customer care skills
• Valid driver’s licence 
  
• Available ASA

Salary: R19,000 - R21,000 + standby allowance + incentives
