Our Client in the Motor Industry is seeking a motivated and customer-focused parts sales executive to join their team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive parts sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding targets
• Grade 12
• Computer Literate

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Service existing clients
• Parts sourcing
• Assist service department with parts request orders
• Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
• Provide best customer service
• Handle customer complaints
• Receive and log stock into inventory
• Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
• Maintain parts department neat and tidy
