Baker McKenzie expands tax practice with the appointment of a tax team

Law firm, Baker Mckenzie, has appointed a tax team headed by ENSafrica's Stephan Spamer. The team will be responsible for providing clients with an integrated service offering with support from the firm's global reach. The team comprises of practitioners specialising in transfer pricing, tax advisors, mergers, and acquisition structuring.

As group head, Spamer will be joined by executive, Arnaaz Camay and senior associate, Howmera Parak.
